Organic BG Ltd. is a small family company that makes the first Bulgarian natural vinegar "Lydia". Organic BG natural apple cider vinegar is the only one made from fresh cold
pressed apple juice. The natural fermentation process is very long and long
more labor-intensive than modern methods, but the result is a dense and nutrient-rich vinegar. Live vinegar is cloudy, real, unpasteurized and retains the healthy qualities of the apple. But most importantly
such vinegar has no expiration date - the longer it stays, the better it becomes for consumption.
The organic goji berry vinegar also won a Diploma from the competition for innovations at the International Fair Plovdiv in the category "Machines and technologies for food".
